My experiences
I have been working in the development of language learning and intercultural skills for over 25 years now, and I bring all this experience to bear in my coaching.
1998 – 2000
Master
I hold a master’s degree in English, international politics and education from the University of Cologne (Germany).I founded my company, Bianca Elliott Language Institute, based in Bonn, Germany.
English language training
Language courses in automotive and communications companies (Tower International, Deutsche Telekom, TNT Express, etc.) in Germany. Lecturer in technical English at the Cologne University of Applied Sciences.
Professional and academic coaching
English and German language training at EM Strasbourg, CNAM Grand Est, ENA (INSP). Self-employed status in France. Training as a team coach (Team Academy method/Finland)
2023 – 2025
Up Concept
Language and intercultural coaching, project management and team building in companies. Team Coach in ‘Impact’ projects at EM Strasbourg.
